Sunday Childcare at Christ Church

We are a community for all ages, and children are especially welcome to run around, play, and cry in the sanctuary during the worship service. We also have a children's section near the front by the piano with rocking chairs, books, and crayons.

 

During Sunday worship, nursery care is available for children ages 0-4 for the entire service. Please ask an usher for directions. Godly Play (Sunday School) is available for children ages 4 and up. Children will hear a sacred story, ask questions, wonder about God's life with us, and play with materials designed to enhance their curiosity and faith. They will return to the main service for Communion.

Children’s safety is of the utmost importance. Every adult that cares for children has completed required safety training and a background check. No child is ever alone with an adult. If you have any questions, please contact our Director of Youth, Heidi Hansen at kids@christchurchseattle.org.
